Sales Executive

Role Purpose: 
The Sales Executive at EJAZ® CREATIVE STUDIO will be working as an advisor to the company business clients and will also be responsible for assisting the company in achieving business sales targets as well as promoting the company name and services to the local community. The role requires a team player who can work with the internal team in reporting weekly and quarterly sales achieved and an individual who is self motivated and confident. Sales Executive need to be optimistic to sell the company services to the market and help the company achieve its targets and growth in the marketplace. Sales Executive is asked to be a person with strong communication skills and enthusiastic spirit that aligns with the company vision and goals.
Key Accountabilities: 
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.

  • Develop long term business relationships with clients and maintain regular follow up by contacting clients to make sure they are satisfied and doing well with their current processed projects.

  • Being able to create and deliver client focused solutions to the company's business clients based on their needs.  

  • Ability to build trust with business clients. 

  • Communicate the company name, services and achievements clearly to potential business clients.

  • Being able to represent the company and work as a focal point to all company potential sales opportunities.

  • Follow a well structured approach to achieve sales revenue targets.

  • Works extensively in generating new sales and maximizing business opportunities.

  • Create business opportunities and take all necessary steps to close sales targets including preparing proposals and contracts. 

  • Ensure accuracy of sales forecast and clients information at all times.

  • Provide regular weekly reports of opportunities and sales forecasts to management.

  • Ensure growth and consistent development of sales knowledge and the rapid growth of opportunities in the market. 

  • Maintain awareness of the latest operational processes and services offered in the market by competitors and learn more about what could be done to continuously exceed.

  • Experience working with different levels of clients (from established organizations - to startups).

  • Excellent computer skills and ability to generate (structure) weekly sales reports for management. 

  • Excellent software abilities in using Odoo CRM software and MS Office - Excel. 

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Confident and persistent with excellent business awareness and persuasive skills.

  • Result orientated, self-motivated and a good team player.

  • Strong negotiation skills,  analytical skills and  sales knowledge.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills. 

  • Develop an understanding of company business nature i.e. marketing, digital marketing.

Educational Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor degree in Business administration / Marketing / Design or related field.
Professional Qualifications: 
  • Preferred Omani registered as a job seeker with two (2+) years in selling services.
