Marketing Team Leader

Job Description:

As our Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of a full-stack marketing strategy, from EJAZ own marketing needs as well as our clients’. You will lead and direct the strategy and the production of the visual and audio elements related to the marketing efforts such as marketing campaigns, advertisements and social media management. Also you will be in charge of overseeing and analyzing the creation of art, videos and photography by establishing and implementing standards and methodologies to produce consistent and high quality results.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost brand awareness and drive qualified traffic. 

  • Overseeing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

  • Managing all marketing efforts including organic and paid content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

  • Preparing, monitoring and approving  the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocating funds wisely.

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in marketing and expertise on how to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

  • Proficient in marketing pillars and applications with ability in sourcing and managing marketing efforts.

  • Ability to transform creative marketing ideas to analytical results.

  • Posses in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms algorithms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

  • Stays up to date on the latest creative and marketing trends. 

  • Ability to to achieve maximum ROI in all marketing activities. 

  • Manage and maintain the marketing efforts of multiple clients to ensure each campaign meets the desired performance metrics.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

  • Practical experience on a variety of marketing projects with proven ROI results. 

  • Strong project management skills and powerful problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking. 

  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Professional Qualifications:

Minimum One (1) Year of Team Lead experience in the field.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. 

A Master's Degree in Marketing will be a competitive advantage.
